Students must have the following...

1. Completed application including official high school/college transcripts.
2. High school diploma or equivalent  
3. Must have taken the following as pre requisite courses at a college or college with a grade of “C” or better.
   • Human Anatomy & Physiology (2 semesters with a lab)
   • Intermediate College Algebra
   • Oral Communication
   • Written Communication
4. Recommended courses at a college are:
   • General Physics
   • Medical Terminology
5. Must successfully complete a placement exam.
6. Successfully complete an interview with the admissions committee including observation in clinical setting.
7. Must pass pre-enrollment screening including substance abuse screening.
8. At time of the interview a signed assessment for entry-level criteria form must be signed attesting that the applicant believes that they meet the physical requirements. (Assessment requirements are enclosed in the packet of information.)
