What is Massage Therapy?
 
Therapeutic Massage is the mobilization of soft tissue using effleurage, petrissage, tapotement, compression, vibration, stretching, superficial hot and cold applications, topical applications that involves movement either by hand, forearm, elbow, or foot.

Massage TherapyMassage therapy may use the external application and use of herbal or chemical preparations such as: salts, powders, liquids, non-prescription creams, mechanical devises such as T-bars, thumpers, body support systems, heat lamps, hot and cold packs, salt glow or hydrotherapy.
 
Therapeutic massage can include energy work, movement therapy; massage technology, myotherapy, massotherapy, oriental massage techniques, craniosacral, structural integration, polarity therapy and Myofascial.
 
Massage Therapy is important to help keep your body toned, stress free, healthy and strong.
